SCHOOL OF SPORT: third seminar on " The contribution of neurosciences to training and performance"

On the 19th of March, the third seminar on "The contribution of neurosciences to training and performance" organized by the CONI School of Sport, will take place at the Acquacetosa Olympic Preparation Centre. During this seminar, the participants will get a deeper knowledge of the functioning of the central nervous system, which is key in all human activities, including sport activities. Understanding its mechanisms and analyzing its processes is getting more and more important in advising sport professionals about training techniques which take these aspects into consideration. The seminar offers a complete overview of the most advanced knowledge in this field through the reports of the most competent specialists in this sector, but at the same time, the practical applications of such knowledge in the preparation of athletes will be indicated through the contribution of trainers.

The seminar is open to everyone and is particularly addressed to professionals within the Federation, sport directors, coaches and sports trainers dealing with high-level competitive activities, teachers of the regional schools of sport, motor science students e students specializing in sport medicine, specialists in the field (psychologists, sport psychologists and psychotherapists).
